Does everyone attending the party need a waiver?
Yes, every child attending must have a completed waiver on file. To save time during your party, we recommend sharing the waiver link with guests ahead of time.
How do I handle the waiver for my party or field trip?
All waivers for parties and field trips will need to be filled out by the legal parent or guardian. You can use our online waiver or sign at our facility. All guests must have an active waiver on file.
Is the play area exclusive to our party?
Yes! All parties include private access to the entire play space for your 2-hour event.
Are socks required for parties?
Yes. All adults and children must be wearing socks in the play area. Socks will be available for purchase at check in.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes! You are welcome to bring in your own food and non-alcoholic drinks for your celebration.
Can we bring alcoholic beverages?
No, we are an alcohol free facility.
How early can we arrive to set up?
You'll have 30 minutes prior to your party start time for setup.
Will the cafe be open during my private party?
Yes! Our cafe will be open for purchases during your party.
Can we extend our party time?
Yes! You can add an extra hour if your party is booked during the last time slot of the day. ($100 add-on)
When do I pay my balance?
All balances must be paid in full 24 hours prior to party start time Please note we do not accept personal checks.
What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand that things happen! Let us know as soon as possible and we’ll work with you to reschedule when available.
