Every child must have an active waiver completed by their legal parent or guardian. Waivers can be completed online ahead of time or at the cafe. We recommend sharing the waiver link with your guests before the party for a smoother check-in.

Yes! Your party includes private access to the entire play space for the duration of your booked party time.

Yes. Socks are required for all adults and children entering the play area. Forgot yours? Socks are available for purchase at check-in.

Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages for your celebration. We also provide ice.

No. The Best Day Play Cafe is an alcohol-free facility.

You may arrive up to 30 minutes before your scheduled party time for setup.

Yes! The café will remain open exclusively for you and your party guests during your event. Your guests can purchase drinks, snacks, and treats throughout the celebration—the café will not be open to the public during your private party.

If you book the final party time slot of the day, you may add an additional hour for $100, subject to availability.

Balances are due in full 24 hours before your party. If plans change, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work with you to reschedule based on availability. Personal checks are not accepted.
