Playroom Rules

For a safe and happy play space, please follow these guidelines:

Supervision Required
Grown-ups must stay with their children at all times. This is a shared space for connection and play!

Shoes Off, Socks On
No shoes in the play area. Socks are required for kids and adults—don’t worry, we have extras if you forget!

Play Kind and Respectfully
Please use gentle hands, take turns, and treat others with kindness. All children deserve to feel welcome and safe.

No Food or Drinks in the Play Area
To keep things clean and allergy-safe, snacks and drinks should stay at the café tables.

Feeling Sick? Visit Another Day
If you or your child are feeling unwell, we’ll be here with open arms when you're better.

Use Toys as Intended
Please keep toys in their play areas and off furniture. Climbing is for play structures only.

Report Broken Toys or Accidents
Accidents happen! Let a team member know so we can help right away.

Who needs a play pass?

Children 6 months to 7 years require a play pass.

Children 12 months and younger play for free with paid sibling pass.

Each paid play pass includes admission for 2 free adults/children aged 8 or older. Additional guests are $5 each.
